The number of trial awards varies for every research site and depends on your unique capabilities, the evolving clinical trial landscape, and your site's consistent follow-through with feasibility and database questionnaire completion. Before your consultation, we review your PI’s experience and site infrastructure to provide a realistic outlook based on your current strengths and potential areas for growth. Given the variable nature of clinical research, no credible partner can promise a predetermined number of trial awards in a fixed period.
Eligibility for obesity trials depends heavily on a site’s prior experience. The landscape is highly competitive, and sites without a proven track record in this indication are unlikely to be awarded a study. We typically do not take on clients whose sole goal is to “break into” this space; however, experienced sites may be considered.
We do not offer full feasibility completion, as we believe our sites are the most knowledgeable about their own capabilities. However, we are happy to review feasibility questionnaires prior to submission to provide clarification or assist with specific questions.
We are confident you will find value in our work, but if your needs change, you are free to step away at any time. Our contracts are simple and flexible, only 60 days’ written notice is required to cancel.
If your organization is experiencing enrollment challenges, workflow inefficiencies, staffing strain, protocol deviations, inconsistent processes, or difficulty expanding into new therapeutic areas, operational support can help identify opportunities for improvement.
An operational assessment is a structured evaluation of your site's workflows, staffing model, quality systems, study execution practices, and financial processes. The goal is to identify practical opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
